These terms and conditions apply to all orders made by the customer at The Sole Theory, org. No. 559202-6990, via our e-commerce store (www.humansarevain.com). By using and / or placing an order through our e-commerce store, you agree to the terms set out in this document (the "Terms"). Detailed contact information and other information about us can be found in our e-commerce store. To shop with us you must be over 18 years of age, not be under guardianship. We reserve the right to deny or change your order in individual cases. We reserve ourselves for final sales as well as any image and writing errors at our e-commerce store. These conditions may change. The version of the Terms that apply to your order is the version available through our e-commerce store when you place your order.
When placing an order at Our e-commerce store, a purchase agreement is entered into only when you have received an order confirmation from us. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any contacts with our customer service.
When you place an order at Our e-commerce store, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. You confirm that the information you enter is accurate and complete, and you are responsible for incorrectly completed information.
Order & Rates
When ordering through Our e-commerce store, the prices that were applicable at the time of order apply regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards. All prices at Our e-commerce store are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include any freight charges, these are stated separately. Regarding payment terms, our partner Klarna AB's terms and conditions that apply at Klarna are applicable at all times.
In co-operation with Klarna we offer invoice payment, part payment, credit card payment and direct payment. More information and full terms and conditions for Klarnas payment method can be found at

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified at Our e-commerce store (2-4 working days). In case of delivery delay we will notify you and continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, you have the right to cancel the order if the delivery time against the presumption should exceed 30 working days and this does not depend on you as a customer.
Cancelations & Returns
You always have 14 days to cancel your purchase at Our e-commerce store. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of the receipt of the ordered item (the cancellation deadline) by you or any of your designated person. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us in writing before the cancellation deadline by contacting our customer service. Enter your name, address, order number and the reason for the return. You can also notify us that you regret the purchase by using the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The item should always be shipped in original packaging if you receive it at the time of purchase, eg. shoe box or shoe bag. The original packaging must be in its original condition. The item should be sent in return within 14 days from the date you notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return an item and receive full compensation, you are only entitled to handle the item to the extent necessary to determine its properties and function. For example, you have the right to try a pair of shoes, but not to use them outdoors or on a surface that wears the shoes. Should you have handled the goods to a greater extent than this, we have the right to deduct a sum from the amount we will refund.
The price deduction shall correspond to the depreciation that occurred compared to the original new condition of the product. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, it is important that you move forward the invoice's due date. You do this easily at Klarna.com or by contacting Klarna’s customer service on telephone 08-120 120 10. When we have received the return, the amount is credited for the item (s) you have returned and Klarna sends you an updated invoice via e-mail. If the order is paid, Klarna will contact you for a refund. Refunds are made without delay (normally within a few days) from the receipt of Our goods at the e-commerce store.
It is the cutomers responsibility to return items at their cost and we suggest using a trackable signed for service for added security. It is also the cutomers responsibility to settle and duty/tax costs costs associated with the return. Cutomers returning items outside of the EU should ensure a commercial invoice is included with the pakcage.
If you are not happy with the size on an item you have purchased then please return the item to us and place a new order for the new size. We will refund you the cost of the first item returned.
